Delete Your Account
You can delete your GraviTalk account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your account information, session transcripts, scores, coaching history, and milestones.
Option 1 — In the App (fastest)
Open GraviTalk → Settings → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. You will be asked to confirm with your password.
Option 2 — By Email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@gravitalk.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- You must send the email from the email address registered to your GraviTalk account — this is how we verify the request is genuinely yours.
- No other information is required.
What Happens Next
- Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 14-day grace period. If you change your mind, log back into the app within 14 days to restore it.
- After 14 days, your account and all associated personal data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
- One one-way anonymized record (a cryptographic hash of your email, containing no personal information) is retained solely to prevent free-trial reuse. See our Privacy Policy, Section 8a.
- Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions. Any remaining paid time is lost when your account is permanently deleted.
